APWA (All Pakistan Womens Association has consultative status with the Government of Pakistan and the United Nations Category II)
APWA attend all United Nations where it undertook to fulfill the M.D.G (Millennium development goals)
APWA’s branch in New York and UK attended the CSW in 2015 and took part in the liberty march.
CSW, the Consultative Status of Women, and ECOSOC, the Economic and Social Council has APWA actively involved in these organizations. Every four years APWA sends a quadrennial report which shows the progress the NGO has made along with its right to be included in United Nations Assembly. APWA has been part of United National since 1949. Begam Liaquat Ali Khan established by buying APWA land in every village, city and province. Keeping in mind the obstacles women and girls face APWA’s governing bodies draft resolutions that are sent to the UN for which APWA holds a category 11 status. APWA has a branch in New York which attends United Nations conferences and submits Quadrennial reports every 4 years.
